process
Admissions for the 2025 school year are open.
We look forward to meeting you and your child !
To enrol your child at Union School, please complete the application form in the application section. You can also click here.
In order to achieve the excellence we strive for, we will only accept 20 students per class and per level.
Within 15 days of receiving your complete application, we will get back to you to arrange a meeting with Ian Tysoe, our Head Teacher, and Barbara de Baudry d’Asson, Founder. On this occasion, we would also like to meet your child.
Within 8 days of this meeting you will receive a reply to your application. If it is positive, we will send you our Charter and our Financial documentation for signature.
You will then have 8 days to confirm your child’s enrolment by returning these documents signed.

Schooling of the Very Small Section (2 years)
School hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Monday to Friday.
School hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4pm. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday 8.30am to 12p.m. Friday 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

School fees (for Toddlers and Nursery age until Year 6)
School hours : 8.30 am – between 5.15 pm and 6 pm. Wednesday 8.30 am – between 12.30 and 1 pm.

The cost of educational materials and uniforms (sweatshirts, polo shirts, t-shirts) will be communicated at a later date.
Financial conditions
Tuition fees are payable in advance in three instalments : the first within 8 days of acceptance of the student’s application or in June for re-enrolments, the second by 15 September 2025 at the latest, the third by 15 December 2025 at the latest.
The registration fee is due with the first payment.
Canteen fees are payable in thirds quarterly in advance on 15 September 2025, 15 January 2026 and 15 March 2026.
Uniforms are sold on the school eshop.
Fees for educational materials and school insurance are due on 15 June 2025.
