Lisa is a wonderful yoga teacher for children!
Our students loved their test session with her! An American and former school teacher, Lisa has been running a gentle and creative yoga workshop for children in English for over 8 years. Her yoga, qualified for children, combines ancient yoga practices with playful exercises.
Children will practise yoga poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama), meditation and relaxation through yoga games and music.
Deep breath, downward-facing dog, bird poses, tree poses and other postures will hold no secrets for your little ones.
